For what site did you pay for an upgrade, and what upgrade did you pay for?
The account you are using to post here, educationmy8, and the site you provided, http://assafaacademy234369018.wordpress.com, were both only created 5 days ago, right before you created this forum thread, and you have never bought anything using this account.
So if you paid for anything on WordPress.com, it was for a different account and site.

We do not send you transaction IDs to your phone. The only ways to to get a transaction ID for a WordPress.com upgrade is via the receipt that we email you when you pay, or directly from your bank statement. Do you have that code?

The codes you provided are not valid transaction IDs. Can you check your statement and look for a full transaction ID (containing 10 digits)? This documentation has more information about what to look for:

Are you able to find that information? If so, just let us know and we will follow up with you by email so you can send the transaction ID there. Please do not post it to these forums.
