Pay twice for mapping a domain

  Hi,

  After entering all the card information in order to pay the mapping of a domain I already have, the message was the transaction was a failure.
  Try the second time and the same message: failure.

  1. Looking into my bank account I saw that both payments were successfully.
  2. It seems that my domain wasn’t mapped at all.

  Please advise.

  I will be happy to look into that for you. However, the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of any WordPress.com upgrades. This typically means that you have ended up with a second WordPress.com user account somehow.

  Additionally, the http://lifestylehabbits.wordpress.com/ site does not appear to have any upgrades associated with it. Was this upgrade you purchased for a different WordPress.com site?

  1. Do you think that making a new payment will solve the problem?
  (This would be the third one)
  2. Is it possible to make only a mapping between an owned domain and a free wordpress.com account or I need a premium account?

  Unlikely.

  2. Is it possible to make only a mapping between an owned domain and a free wordpress.com account or I need a premium account?

  What you need is the Domain Mapping upgrade, which can be purchased separately from Premium.
