  Hello,
  then I have a Maestro card, and I want to have a premium account on WordPress (domain name + to modify my theme ) . The problem is that apparently , WordPress will not accept this type of card … Can I pay otherwise? By paypal for example? It shows me the Paypal mode only for the domain name. Is this normal ?

  Below are the only accepted means of payment.

  WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/

  If for whatever reason, they have chosen to block payment from your country, you will not be able to purchase an upgrade here unless you have a source of payment outside of your country. Note: You can buy a prepaid credit card from an approved country.

  In addition to major credit cards Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ WordPress.com can accept echecks and some debit cards.

  The debit card must have a VISA or Mastercard symbol on it, and should work just like a credit card when selecting the VISA or Mastercard option on the payment form, even though it’s a debit card.

  In fact, if I take a premium account , it does not propose the payment by paypal, but if I only take the domain name , he proposed to me .

  Hi @lesastucesdezaazou,

  The issue here is that it’s trying to help you setup a free trial for the Premium bundle. Since the free trial automatically renews at the end, it’s asking for a credit card (PayPal doesn’t work with automatic renewals).

  I went ahead and added a Premium bundle to your account. You should see it here:

  https://lesastucesdezazou.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  From there, you can use the “Renew” button on the left-hand side to renew with PayPal.

  the last time you activated the trial version for the Premium account. Today, I bought it . My money was taken, but no trace of the premium account. Is this normal ?
