Payed Twice – Cancelled Both – Only Getting One Refund

Hi WordPress,
I signed up for a wordpress account with pressable and woo commerce on my (redacted email) account then had to cancel it.Then signed up on the my account (email visible only to moderators and staff) and had to cancel it.
But I currently only have one refund that I have a receipt for with two separate charges on my bank account.

This is wordpress.COM support. We do not provide support for local installs of wordpress.ORG software, or for wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. You haven’t bought any upgrades from WordPress.com, so we can’t help you with this.
If you bought a hosting plan from Pressable, you need to contact Pressable support for help with that, and the same goes for upgrades you purchased from WooCommerce. @timethief has given you the contact link for WooCommerce above.
