Paying a subscription but I cant find the account to cancel!

I have all the info relevant to cancel but I don’t know what account I setup with. I’ve checked all my emails and cant seem to find it. I need to speak to a person as none of the forums can help or the chat bot. Also the sheet i get directed to wont allow me to cancel without details because my transaction code is apparently wrong. I have the card details, when they come out, how much, and name! Need help ASAP

If that page does not answer your question, please reply back and share any domain names any domain names you may have purchased, the amount of transaction, or any other info that can help us locate this charge. Avoid, however, adding personal information such as card’s expiry date, name, and so on.
