    I use my visa card, web pay, it is loaded and all, but when I want to pay a subscription for a premuim domain name, the payment and my visa card are refused, and I don’t know why, can you please me? ple

    Hi there!

    When you try to make that purchase, we get the message from our payment processor that the transaction was declined.

    It’s pretty common for banks to flag transactions they’re not familiar with – you would simply need to contact your bank and let them know that this is a valid transaction.

    Then, you should be able to complete that purchase without any trouble.
