Paying an overdue domain fre

Wordpress hosts my Navy ship and they control my domain name. The annual charge is due and I can not get in to pay for it, although it was supposed to be set up for auto renewal. They tell me I must log on under my name which setup the site. I am getting no where. Any simple way to fix this? Thank you!
