Paying annually

  We upgraded our site to personal in 2017 and paid again in 2018. However, no one saw a reminder to pay again so this has lapsed. How can we get an invoice or some way or getting something I can give to our Treasurer so she can pay? (She does not have access to the site.)

  Hello there,

  You can go to your *[Billing history](https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing)* and get a receipt of your purchases, but you need to be login with the account that made the purchases.

  Hi there,

  We’re not able to issue invoices in lieu of payment. We only provide a receipt once payment has been received.

  But you can find receipts for all your past purchases in the billing history page, as mentioned above.
