paying for domain name

    I’ve tried this public forum before, but I really need a word press contact person!
    I am trying to renew domain name, as it expires today, but it says I’m not the original administrator. That person no longer is on our board of directors, and I just want to pay $13 to renew http://www.ashevillemasters.com
    Can you please help me?

    they should be able to help you do a gift renewal – there is a few days grace for the renewal before things stop working and there is a penalty for renewing

    The issue is that it is a security problem to allow users who are not the owner of an upgrade to access it for any reason.

    The best solution would be for the former board member to log in and transfer the Domain Mapping upgrade to you (or at least ask us to cancel it on their account). Thus solving things and avoiding this problem in the future.
