Paying for domain name

I was directed to ‘purchases’ as my domain name ‘Bonitaukulelegroup.com’ expires in 9 days. I clicked on ‘purchases’ but nothing happened. How can I pay for this?

bonitaukulelegroup.com is registered under a different user account than the one you’ve contacted us from here.
I’ve sent a note to that email address to help you locate the login credentials. You’ll be able to renew the domain once you login with that email address.
Please let me know if you continue to have trouble with this.

Thank you for working on this. As I suspected Rod Martin at (email visible only to moderators and staff) is now the administrator for Lanark ukulelegroup. I handed this over to him several months ago (please see your records) but I did not want to give up administrative control of the bonitaukulelegroup. I will add a copy of the email you just sent him at the bottom of this message. Also the notifications for bonitaukulelegroup are coming to me as they should. Also copied at the bottom is the notification I got from WordPress. How do we split the groups so we each administer and pay for our own?
Don’t know if they are including you on the renewal email…

We had a tag of “trailing email” on this one: I’m going to go ahead and remove that, since the user intentionally pasted the email in this case. But I did also redact the email.
