Paying for Domain Name but WP says I have a free account and no custom domain name

    How do I get in touch with a person? I’ve had a custom domain name for years, and just received an email to renew. The message came from a company I don’t recognize, but when I click the login button, it brings me to my WP site. My site says I have the free plan with no custom domain name. I don’t want to lose my domain name I’ve had for years! Thank you.
