Paying for manual upgrade renewal

  I can’t pay for one of my upgrade renewals. The No Ads upgrade was purchased by another site admin that has taken another job and will no longer have access to our site after 4/3/13.

  Since he bought it, I can’t manage the renewal when I log in. Is there a way to transfer that to my account so I can renew? Or does he have to cancel and I have to repurchase?

  I’ve transferred that upgrade so you should be able to renew it. You can also set it to auto-renew under Store > My Upgrades.

  Just let me know if you need anything else.
