paying for mapping via paypal

  When i choose the paypal option there is nothing else at all in the screen to click so i can set up payment for this. If i click on the credit card option i get the box to fill out my details.
  I do not posess a credit card and would like to pay via paypal for the mappimng of my domain that was initially being used on my blog for free.

  I tested the “PayPal Express” radio button using Firefox 7.0.1, and the proper PayPal payment options showed under the “Choose a Payment Method” heading.

  If there any chance that you could upgrade to IE 9 to see if there’s a difference? It’s a much better browser than IE 8.

  If not, would you mind testing in Firefox?

  I tested with IE8 and I was not able to see the PayPal payments option. I have reported this issue to our developers for review.
