hi, im trying to pay via paypal but its not directing me to my paypal and keeps saying its going to charge me a chargeback fine. I dont understand why this is happening? I have the money in my paypal and I would just like to pay for it.

I see this post has been tagged for Staff, so someone from Staff will get back you with a solution, alternatively, you can pay directly by using your Credit or Debit card,
We also have localized payments option which depends on your location.
And if you are facing issue with your PayPal account you may also contact there support.

Hi there,
When you plan was auto-renewed this year we received a chargeback for that renewal, meaning either you or your bank disputed the charge.
If you file a dispute against us you are essentially accusing us of fraud. This causes all upgrades to be removed from your account and for your site to be locked pending payment of a chargeback fee. You can read our full policy on chargebacks here:
I’m checking with our Billing team to see whether you need to pay for the chargeback fee that’s already been added to your cart to unlock your site before you can continue using it.

The Billing team has informed me that the chargeback was closed in your favor. This means that in order to restore the plan back to your account you need to pay for the chargeback fee that’s on your cart:
