Paying for my plan

  Hello, I would like to purchase a plan for my site. I live in the US but I am currently in Romania for another month or so. In the checkout information, I put the address where I am staying in Romania and the credit card info of a Mastercard issued in Romania. When I try to pay and checkout, the card is declined. I am not sure why. I hope you can help with this since I want to make this purchase ASAP. Thank you, Doris Sangeorzan

  Your account currency is already in USD. Or do you want me to set it to € instead?

  For what it’s worth, I don’t think that would make any difference. I don’t see any failed payment messages in your account, which means the payment is being blocked before the information is even submitted to our payment processor. So it’s most likely the bank that issued the card that is blocking this transaction.

  There is nothing we can do about that. You’ll need to contact the bank in question for help with this.
