Paying for my yearly domain mapping?

    I am unable to just pay the $13 fee to keep my domain mapping for the coming year? How do I do this? I did put in credit card information for auto renewal but it does not show that I have paid and does not offer a receipt for my records.

    Hello –

    I do not see any upgrades associated with the account that you are contacting us from. Perhaps your domain was mapped to a different account?

    Your complete billing history is available to you.

    Hello-
    PFLAG Taos received an email stating our domain mapping will expire in 13 days on October 19th however when I have attempted to pay the $13. I cannot figure out how to do this.

    email: Domain Mapping for pflagtaos.wordpress.com is about to expire
    Domain Mapping costs $13.00, and it is set to expire in 13 days, on October 19, 2016. If this upgrade expires, your site will no longer be available at “pflagtaos.org”.

    Please advise….

    The domain mapping for pflagtaos.org is owned by a different user account than the one you’re contacting us from.

    I’ve sent an email to the account that owns this upgrade. Hopefully this will help identify which account the renewal needs to be made from. Once logged into that correct account you’ll navigate to Manage Purchases to complete the renewal.
