  Paying for premium, is it for building blog or i can use it to build a website too?

  On WordPress.com you can build either a blog or a website (where “website” is static pages instead of posts). Here’s info about building a website: https://en.support.wordpress.com/using-wordpress-to-create-a-website/

  The Premium upgrade is optional and gives you additional features and customization options that you can use for either a blog or website.
