Paying for premium themes

  When I pay for a premium theme, is it a one time payment or do I have to keep paying every month to keep the theme active?

  Themes are a one time cost, 30 day refund window if you don’t like the theme

  PS- there are no upgrades here that are monthly – all are annual – I suspect the Enterprise & VIP upgrades are monthly ($500/mo & $30,000/year – respectively )
