Paying for Renewal

Hello, We are trying to pay for our renewal. My account isn’t allowing it. It says: ‘The domain mvlteenvoice.com will expire in 6 days. It can be renewed by the user Allison Tran, Teen Services Librarian (atran949).’
Allison Tran gets the message: ‘Sorry this user account does not own the product you are trying to renew.’ What can we do to get access to the renewal page?

Thank you for reaching out. That does sound unusual! Here’s a suggestion: could she try updating the payment details stored for her account here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/payment-methods
Once she completes this step, our system should attempt to renew the plan and domain using the updated payment method.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, or if she encounters any difficulties renewing manually, please ask her to leave a comment on this thread using her account. She can request us to renew the plan for her using the updated payment method. There’s still some time available, so we can sort this out.
