Paying for renewal of domain with a new card

  I need to pay for automatic renewal but your website refuses to accept my payment card. The card is fine because I just bought a domain name with it using another WordPress account.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog under that username and also purchased the upgrades for the blog you ought to be able to update your credit card information on this page > Store > My Upgrades.

  Thank you. It’s been me paying for the domain name all along. The only difference is that my card expired and my bank sent me a new one.

  The last three transaction attempts have been declined by your credit card provider. In this case, you’ll need to contact them to find out why.

  Your domain won’t expire until March 31, so there’s still plenty of time to sort this out.
