  Hi, I need to pay for another year of my customized blog design but can’t figure out how to make a one-time payment.

  Howdy!

  The Custom Design upgrade is actually owned by a different user on the account. In order to renew the upgrade, you will need to login under that user account. Do you remember what account originally purchased the upgrade?
