Paying for upgrades

  How does one pay for upgrades? I want to do a site redirect but before doing that I want to know all the logistics such as paying for it before committing myself to it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can pay via paypal, bitcoin, or credit card. If the first or the last of these, it has to be from an approved country, like Spain, instead of one not approved, like Nigeria.

  That sounds good. So how do I know if I live in an approved country? I live in South Africa.
