    I am paying more than $300 and my website doesn’t show like a bussiness account, want to know why. neither a Domain Name, Why?

    Correct account: Yes

    It looks like you may have bought this plan on a different WordPress.com account which is why you’re not seeing it under this one. Do you have the emailed receipt from us? That is going to to be the email address that you need to sign in with at WordPress.com to locate the charge.

    You’re also able to find the account by entering the charge details here..

    Once we hear from you under the account with the upgrade we can then proceed with getting everything situated on the desired account, connect the plan to the site, and help you close the unwanted account.
