I am trying to pay my bill for another year of Custom Design. It expires tomorrow Dec 26, 2014! I can’t find anything to click on that gets me to a place to pay!

Isn’t Auto Renewal set on your upgrade?
You can check this from Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades screen. What do you see there?

No, it isn’t. Or rather it was, but it went to the people who designed the website and paid the first payment. I am the owner of the site. Now I want to take over and cannot find how to do that.

On the upgrade page I see the domain which runs out on a different date and the Custom Design with a red alert that it is running out today. But there is nowhere to click in order to pay or to renew or evn to order afresh. That was yesterday. I will check again now.

you need to login as the owner account that owns the upgrade (bought it) to renew it – the upgrade owner should be able to transfer it to your account also

Hmmm…. well I think I am there. That is, when I click on “admin,” it takes me to my website. Is that relate to what you wrote?
No workers seem to be at WordPress today; at least they have not responded yet. My website designer has not responded either.
How funny to be eager to pay but their software is inscrutable.
