Paying my bill (over and over???)

    I entered my debit card TWO TIMES to pay for renewal and I continue to get renewal notices. Please advise soon. This is frustrating. GodSpeaks2You is the domain name.

  • It looks as though the payment was refused by out processor, PayPal. The error notice instructs us to ask you to “retry the transaction using an alternative payment method from the customers PayPal wallet.”

    If you would like to contact Paypal and ask them why it did not go through, you can tell them it was a 10417 error.

    I gave you my debit card which is supposed to work WITHOUT any PayPal intermediary. Can’t you take a bank card without PayPal??? I am mad at PayPal and don’t want them doing anything for now. Please advise.

  • I am sorry, but PayPal is our payment processor. We are unable to accept a credit/debit payment without using them.
