paying the fee

  I was told I had to pay a $17 fee for mapping but when I click on the link in the email I received, it gives me an error that says I’m no longer a user and cannot manage this. (this is after the email has directly logged me into my page that only I use.) I just want to pay this stupid fee so nothing happens to my blog. Please help! Thank you! Christina
