paying the mapping fee when no blue renew button exists anywhere on account.

    I am trying to pay for mapping fee. However, the initial contact person is no longer available and our site mapping has suspended. How do I change the contact person / person paying the mapping fee when the “initial” person is no longer available. Please help. The “blue renew” button is no where to be found on any screen and your support FAQs do not provide instructions when someone else no longer returns emails/calls/etc. for our website to continue the mapping feature.

    I really wish staff would enable anyone to pay for things but not enable autorenew. It would save so much time for everyone.

    I made exactly that suggestion a few weeks ago -wow did I get beat up over that idea, yes it would really make things easier for everyone
