Paying to upgrade plan

I have tried upgrading to the standard plan to use my own domain name. However, my credit card keeps getting rejected (it’s a visa card from Australia Post & it definately has enough funds in it.). I have tried the ‘manage purchases’ in my profile, but it says ‘no card listed’ and I can’t click on anything to register the card.

Hi @mariemclean, you won’t be able to add a card until you have an upgrade. If the message says the card was rejected, can you get in touch with the bank? They may be blocking this purchase for some reason, even though you have funds.
