Paying with Paypal from Austria (NO credit card)

  Is it possible to pay for a domain using a paypal account backed only by an Austrian bank account and NO credit card? I tried to go through the purchase route but paypal is always telling me to enter credit card information to continue. (I don’t have a credit card and only created the paypal account – with enough balance – to pay for a domain here.)

  I read some policies might require a paypal account to be backed by a credit card to work. Do you use such a policy?
