Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?BTW typing in all capital lettering online makes the text hard to read and is online equivalent to SHOUTING! into another person’s face offline. I strongly suggest that you disable your cap locks key.

Please stop SHOUTING! at me and remain calm. As I already said twice above this thread is tagged for a Staff follow-up and your patience is required. There is no phone support and you just posted a phone number to a public support forum rather than patiently waiting your turn for Staff to help you.
Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in chronological order based on datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.
How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.

Well when the computer is not letting me make a payment online (using 2 different forms of cards), it is frustrating that I cannot speak to a person. That is not a way to do business and now my business is suffering because my website is down.
How long is this going to take? Your long response doesn’t make sense. And if you are responding, can you help?

Hi there,
We are not blocking any payments for your account and I don’t see any failed payments in your account, but as the original payment was disputed it could be that your bank is now automatically blocking any further payments to us.
Have you contacted your bank to cancel the dispute if it was filed incorrectly? It is highly unlikely they’ll allow you to make a payment to the same provider on the same day you disputed a charge with that provider. If you cancel the dispute before your bank refunds you we might even be able to restore your original upgrade without you having to pay the penalty fee.
But also keep in mind that by filing the chargeback your colleague, whether intentional or not, accused us of fraud. So now there are legal processes that we must follow to resolve this matter, and those take time.

I have responded to this numerous times via email to show you what happens when I try to make a payment.
I have tried paying within multiple credit cards, some that are personal, nothing is working. It is saying the domain is the same or something in that matter. I don’t know what to do but this is now a week with no support and no blog.
Can someone please give me a real solution or at least get my website up while we are trying to figure this out. I am losing money and y’all are not helping me.
I have taken screen shots of everything and I can’t get it to process. We’ve reversed the dispute, I’ve done everything I possibly can and have gotten NO help nor any feeling that y’all care that I’m upset.
This is something I worked on for weeks, 24 hours a day because I heard y’all were great and now all my hard work is not feeling justified because you are not giving me real solutions. I have photos I can show you of what it is telling me. Bottom line, it’s not letting me pay.

I was responded to the email that came to my email to show the screen shot problems I was having – I had gotten a response from someone once before using that method but either way I am just SO glad it finally went through.

Why isn’t my initial blog still not working?

Right now it is still saying this: “Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain. “
It took me forever to make this blog and I already have posts on that blog and changed all my business cards to have this link. I am not sure with all the confusion that I was given a new blog domain but please activate the blog above.

I just realized it works if I go to “eventsatchantillynationalblog.WORDPRESS.COM”
That wasn’t the original site I had, please advise if we can get that “WordPress.com” removed.

Eventsatchantillynationalblog.com did not work yet because I needed to restore it manually. I have done that now, so that domain works again.
In the meantime it looks like you’ve registered a new domain, eventsatchantillynational.blog. Do I understand correctly that this was a mistake? If so I can cancel that one and make sure the original domain is linked to your plan instead.
