Paying you monthly, no website, no support, no ability to even contact you?

I’ve paid a monthly fee since January and can not access this to set up a website.what do I need to do to get the website started?

Hi 4susu!
Looking at your member profile, is https://susaneclarke.wordpress.com/ the site you need help with?
If you are brand new to WordPress, welcome!
I’ll try not to overwhelm you but there is lots of material to help you get started. My two favourite links for this are:
1. https://dailypost.wordpress.com/blogging-university/
2. https://learn.wordpress.com/There’s friendly support materials and staff at the ready as well if the forums aren’t able to answer your questions.
Hope this helps.

Since there are no monthly fees here – what is the Real URL / web site you need help with?
You might be in the wrong forum

Hi 4susu,
We’d be happy to help you get started using WordPress.com!
Silumesii has provided you with some great getting started resources. If you have specific questions or want us to take a deeper look could provide us with a link to your website.
Auxclass is also correct, there are two ways to use the Free and Open Source WordPress software, you can use it here on WordPress.com or install it onto a host yourself using the version found on WordPress.org, It is possible that you are paying a hosting company to host the self-hosted version of WordPress.
Hopefully this helps and if you have other questions just reply back.

@4susu
I am with auxclass on this. The relevant point here is that there is no such thing as making monthly payments to wordpress.COM for any upgrades at all.We provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs like http://susaneclarke.wordpress.com/
We do not provide support for WordPress.ORG software installs.
Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/I’m sorry but we cannot provide accurate answers to any blogger who fails to provide the exact URL starting with http:// for the exact blog they refer to so we can verify where it is hosted. Please do that now.
If you are actually referring to http://susaneclarke.wordpress.com/ then note what follows please.
re: the front page error message found on every new .wordpress.com blog
Nothing Found
It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching can help. There is nothing wrong with your site. By default the front page of the blog is the only page that will display all published posts on it. As soon as you publish a post not a page the front page error message and searchbox that appears on every new WordPress.COM blog will be gone. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
I recommend using the step by step tutorial linked to the bottom of your Admin page https://learn.wordpress.com
See also the “Video Quick Start” tutorial http://en.support.wordpress.com/video-quick-start/
The support documentation is all found at the Support link http://en.support.wordpress.com which is also linked to on the bottom of your Admin page.
