    R/p team my question is i am purchase plan on your website,and then i cancel my plan after 12 hours but my payment is not refund to my account so plaese help and i have billing proof of your website

    Hello there,

    For refunds please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. International refunds can take a little longer to reach you.

    The refund has been sent successfully from our side and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

    As @samg0331 mentioned, refunds can take 5-10 business days to arrive (a little longer if you are based outside the US). Today marks the third business day so you’ll likely to wait to wait a few more days for the refund to show on your statement.
