  You have charged me $102 for a site I don’t even use or knew that I had. You deliberately make it hard so that I can’t delete my account or do anything about this.

  The account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us, and we don’t have any payment information on file for you. If you were charged for an upgrade’s renewal, it was for a site under a different account.

  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

  You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
