    i have been unable to make payment since morning ( i keep getting payment declined try another card. Even with my Visa card). i have also tried to use PayPal but they are just deducting my money without any response.

    Hi there:

    When you try to make that purchase, we get a message from our payment processor that the transaction was declined due to insufficient funds. The PayPal errors don’t provide any more detail, but if you’re using the same card via PayPal, that might be the reason you’re having trouble there.

    We have no transactional records of funds being transferred to us, so if PayPal deducted funds, you should contact them to see what the status of those deductions are.

    Otherwise once your card has sufficient funds, you should be able to complete that purchase without any trouble.
