    Hi,
    The payment for my website wasn’t taken this March. I just added my credit card. Can you process the payment for me.

    Also I noticed that my domain name swannymediaman.com that points to the website on WordPress doesn’t show anything beside blank page now. It was all working well before March. And I paid for the domain name at different provider.

    Can you fix the issue for me please and charge me for this year for my WordPress website.

    Your Personal Plan expired and was removed from your account a week ago, so it cannot be charged/renewed automatically any more, as the upgrade no longer exist, and the billing agreement we had in place has been cancelled.

    We no longer offer the Personal Plan, but as it expired so recently I was still able to restore it to your account. Please make sure you renew it from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases within 48 hours, or it will be removed again.

    Please keep in mind that should your plan expire again, we won’t be able to add it back a second time. At that point you’ll need to upgrade to our new Pro plan instead. So make sure to keep your payment details up to date, and also make sure your account email address is kept current, so you’ll receive the renewal reminder emails we send should an automatic renewal fail.

  • P.S., once you’ve renewed the plan, you can add a new domain connection upgrade at Upgrades ->Domains to reconnect your domain, and it will start working again as well :)
