    I checked your account, and you don’t own any upgrades with us. Can you tell me the email address that email came from?

    The site you indicated above, http://mieszkaniabezwkladuwlasnego.pl/, also isn’t hosted with us – that site was made using the open source version of WordPress, and is hosted at another provider. Did you perhaps receive an invoice from them for your hosting account or your domain registration renewal?
