I see that you paid us once and then canceled everything, so the full amount was refunded. There wasn’t a second payment in this WordPress.com account. Are you perhaps seeing the refund as a second charge on your bank/credit card?
Please contact your bank/credit card company and ask them for clarification. On our end, we don’t see a duplicate charge happening in this WordPress.com account.
On a side note, may I ask what led you to cancel your WordPress.com subscription? Is there anything we can do to help? If you still need a site, we’d love to learn more about it. What’s the site for, and what features do you need on the site? We can share specific suggestions and guides once we know more about your site goals.
