    I want to cancel my subscription. I don’t use this domain and my bank account was hit with $199!!! Cancel and refund money immediately or I will dispute it.

    That subscription is under a different account than the one you’re currently logged in to. So to be able to cancel it and get a refund, you need to contact us from that other account of yours.
