    I am setting this site up for a client and I plan on doing sites for multiple clients in the future. What is the best way to attach the clients’ payment information without it accidentally being used for a different client’s site?

    Hi there.

    Typically what I recommend is walk your clients through setting up a WordPress.com account, and a starting site with the appropriated plan, and then have them add you as an administrator on the account so that you can work on and develop the site for them. Once the site is finished, since it is on their account, there isn’t a need to transfer the site over to them, and if anything should happen, they would have full control of the site.

    Doing it that would also mean that you would not have their payment information on your site, which could be an issue if somehow your site was hacked.
