  Hi there,
  I paid for 2 years a subscription. Now im wondering can I create a website here?

  It tell me always I need to upgrade. But I just did for 2 years. Do I missing something?

  It’s great to have you here! I wanted to let you know that you would only be prompted to upgrade to a higher plan if you’re trying to use features that are exclusive to those plans. Let me give you a couple of examples to make it clearer. If you’re attempting to upload your own theme or plugins, you might see a prompt to upgrade to a Business plan since that feature is not available on the Personal plan. Similarly, if you’re interested in using CSS or custom styles, those are only accessible on Premium or higher plans.
