  Hi, I have charge on my card which I believe I already cancel on the monthly plan. How come it still charged me for monthly subscription.

  This charge is for an Email account under melboxconnect.com, and the upgrade is under a different account than the one you contacted us from. Do you have access to that account? If so, please post in this thread from that account. It’s under the account melboxconnect.
