  Hi there!

  If I understand you correctly, you want to renew the WordPress.com Premium plan on your site for another year. Is that right?

  If yes, you’ll want to first log into the same WordPress.com account you previously used to pay for the WordPress.com Premium plan. You didn’t use the @patientenkollektiv account to pay for the site, so you won’t be able to renew while logged into this account.

  Once you’ve logged out of @patientenkollektiv and logged into the correct WordPress.com account, you can go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases → click on the WordPress.com Premium plan and click Renew Now to renew it for another year.
