  Hi, I just created my blog and upgraded it. I’m wondering if I will get the first payment of $12 back. It was mentioned that the first year is free, but my payment extends until December 2024. I am a bit confused. Thank you in advance for clarifying this.

  Sure! I refunded the first payment of $12 since you upgraded to a yearly plan.

  The free domain credit is provided after upgrading to a yearly plan. Or if you have a domain and a yearly plan in the cart at the same time, the domain registration fee is waived.

  I see that you registered the domain first and then upgraded to a yearly plan. That’s why you were charged the domain registration fee.
