Hello. We are trying to renew our site but we have a former member of staff still registered as site owner. We have followed the instructions to change owner but without success. Is it possible to send a billing request to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

What methods are you trying to update the site owner of the account? Are you all trying to transfer the site to a different WordPress.com account?

Or do you want the site to remain under the current account but update both the email and payment details for the account?
