    The company that setup my website are demanding money from me that they say that they have paid you on my behalf and are threatening to close my website down if I don’t pay it.

    Hi there!

    It looks like the domain/site counsellingcareuk.com is not hosted on WordPress.com. I wasn’t able to load the site on my end to check, but if you’re using WordPress, it’s a self-hosted WordPress.org site.

    There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it: WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org.

    You’ll need to contact your hosting service provider for help with this, as they are in the best position to help with logging in. You can also post on the WordPress.org support forum for general help and assistance.
