  Hi there, I am designing a website on behalf of a client, once she is happy then she will pay for it all. Is there a way I can design the website without paying anything first? I want to use the FUEL theme website as a base, but its coming to £400 with everything. I would like to design the website first, get it right, and then pay. Website doesn’t have to go live until I have paid, but wanted the option to design first before paying.
