  Greetings, I am needing to make payment for our domain but as I never set up the domain originally I do not have access to do this. Please advise what I can do. I do not have the persons details who did register the domain. Thank you.

  We’d need to establish ownership of the subscriptions, including the domain. I recommend reviewing our account recovery options or contacting the person who set up the site.

  If you are able to contact them, they could transfer the site to you.
