  I’m trying to talk to a human about why my payment for my WordPress Ad won’t work. I can’t talk about this on a public forum. It’s private information. I need to talk to a tech privately on how to resolve this so WordPress can get my payment.

  I’d like to get this resolved. Is there anyone there who can help? Should I go back into WordPress ads and re-enter payment info? Help!

  Is there no way to get help when there’s an issue with a WordPress ad or a payment? Your automated system wouldn’t connect me with someone because I don’t have a paid WordPress blog, but I would like to PAY for my ad. The payment method I used has worked several other times when I did ads with WordPress. Now I received an email telling me my payment didn’t work. Why is it it so difficult to get help from WordPress? Can someone please respond?
