  Hi, we used to have a wordpress website few years ago. But now we have moved from wordpress but still getting payment deducted from credit card?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  Sorry to hear you are having an issue. The Contact US page to reach a staff member has a link to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ where you can look up a charge to make sure it is from WordPress.com

  Please verify that the charge is from here while a staff member comes to asssit.
