  I try with debit card or credit card both but every time that message was show
  “Your transaction was declined. Please try another card”
  Why ?

  then i try with PayPal account but in this time it is show
  “This transaction couldn’t be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal”. Why ?

  My County is India
  Postal code =382350

  so how to payment please tell me

  Those are all outside of our control. You’ll need to contact your credit card provider and PayPal about the various declinations.
